We have been renting through Dennis and Cindy Grasso every winter since 2006. We have been very pleased with the comfortable, beautiful condos we have chosen. Not only is Dennis readily available for any questions or maintenance we need, he follows through with solutions. The owners also have been receptive and good with upkeep of their condo. Cindy does a wonderful job decorating some of the units. The website is very user friendly, we love the 360 views. Thanks Dennis and Cindy, we appreciate your efforts.

Next winter will be our third year using Dennis and Cindy Grasso's services when renting a condo at The Beach Club. We have really enjoyed getting to know them; they are both great people! We had rented from others previously but have been far more satisfied since we started working with the Grasso's. This is why we like to rent from Dennis and Cindy at Gulf Condo Rental: 1) Dennis replies instantly to phone calls and e-mails; 2) Rental and cleaning fees are reasonable; 3) The condo is immaculate; and 4) The Grasso's welcome us each winter with a "goodie" basket.
